Horrible management don't fix nothing an will keep ur deposit if they can. Don't rent from them. They will try to sue u for things they didn't even fix or replace. Stayed here from 2010 to 2017 an I seen them once. When I moved I had to take them to court for wat should of been normal wear and tear. End up getting to keep my 2000 deposit cause I didn't do my foot work before going to court. So when they counter sued saying $500 for carpet that was the same carpet from when I was living there. They did a botch paint job saying tenant took unit as is. Oh ok they house u try to sue for 5000. Then tried to threaten me if I went back to court just over all slum lords.
