1704 East 15th Street, Brooklyn, Brooklyn

I recently had a terrible experience with a landlord that I feel compelled to share. I was working with an agent who liaised between me and this landlord. After submitting my application with all the necessary documents, the agent and the landlord both approved it. We scheduled a lease signing for 10/08/2024. To accommodate this, I took a day off work, and my wife and I went to the landlord’s office for the lease signing. The agent and I had already agreed that we would move into the apartment on November 1st. However, during the lease signing, the landlord insisted we needed to move in immediately, that same day. The agent questioned whether we would receive any credit for the remaining 8 days of the month, given that this move-in was unexpected and in the middle of the month. The landlord flatly refused and was incredibly rude throughout the conversation. He became belligerent, repeatedly telling my wife and me, “Leave my office, you’re wasting my time.” Despite the agent’s efforts to calm him down, the landlord was completely out of control. This individual is not only rude and disrespectful, but he also lacks basic communication skills and professionalism. His treatment of us was absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to STAY AWAY from this landlord. No one deserves to be treated with such disdain. It was clear to me that he has serious issues managing his emotions and interacting with tenants.

340 Clifton Place, Brooklyn, Brooklyn

Living in this Bed-Stuy apartment has been a great experience. The building is brand new, and the spacious rooms with A/C make it comfortable, even during the summer. The location is perfect, just 2 minutes from the G train, and it’s easy to explore nearby neighborhoods like Clinton Hill and Williamsburg. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to live in Brooklyn.

They are full of lies with wanting everything for their foreign selves only to the point where they get to change your locks on you and when you pay a locksmith $375 they get the police to force those keys to themselves to lock you out from your own home office EIN registered business address for yourself with lies. When a judge court orders that they give you access to your properties with the $375 keys that you bought they do not adhere illegal as they are they cost you all of your time and money in life wasting away being nuisances with no respect for any American on their own land yet they all come here just to act as though Americans has something wrong. Then whyd you come? They have been a disgrace in need of immediate removal yet somehow they can give so much conviction to the point where it's okay to lock rightful residents outside like animals after much criminal terrorism even though they came here and received everything for free its okay to deprive whose been here long before them and earned and gave. If the American is so wrong and harmful then why do you fling yourself on and to them like stalking animals sniffing out crotches every single exit or entrance? Why do you have these offender males loiter all day in and at the buildings entrance as predators forcing themselves onto prey every single exit or entrance that an American makes into the building of their own residence where plenty of accepted payments was already rendered? 6 yrs ago that male loitering wasn't allowed and neither was drug smoke throughout the building. They installed alarms to the front door that they hold power over wether can lock you in like a prison cell or fire hazard not allowing you out, something that also wasn't there 6 yrs ago. They misuse the doorbell system not just with harassment that you cannot turn off but also stalking through the intercom letting you know that they have full knowledge of every movement in the area in or out of the building. They are very sick psycho like. If a resident collects trash for yrs on end to redeem like a peasant then they are safe as someone who begs for a dollar everyday but if a resident uses law suit claim settlement money to purchase their first automobile investing into bettering their situations in life then it's time to slap an eviction notice on their door because that person cannot be an equal, when they are better than even if it's truly quite opposite although the American would never treat them that way. The American would only teach with heart what they would only misuse when in the power to get right. They will never listen, only always doing what they want to do in violating others rights here. I told the police in prisons or insane asylum while caged they bang on walls and pipes and communicate through toilette bowls and such as these animals has been acting pounding out walls, beams, ceilings, floors, pipes all day long for yrs and yrs invading America's homes as animals forcing Americans out into the streets wanting them to be disgraces. Anyone whose put up with any such people or places deserves huge compensation. Immeasurable compensations to ensure that theirs always going to be enough to do without them being able to get to you.
