DONT RENT THEIR UNITS: This is the worst place I've ever lived and people who live here complains every single day. It's a terrible environment and energy - They have constant construction and renovating projects, they have water shut offs every week or month, their walls are cracking due to so much construction and temporary repairs, their water pipes break frequently because their systems have not passed most inspections (see tab for inspections and complaints). Elevators break constantly and are currently working at 50% capacity for over SIX MONTHS. You can also look them up and find lawsuits and Renters board signatures against them.
