"Disgusting owner and super. If you like your walls covered with feces and to be harassed constantly than this is the destination for you. The super is a raging pervert and harasses any woman in the building he deems defenseless enough to get away with sexually harassing. The good news is he has access to your apartment with or without you there and will make sure your aware of it by walking in on you or trying to open it randomly for no reason at all. The owners are Jewish so besides their overall carelessness and lack of regard for human beings they are also unavailable for long extended periods of times due to their holiday requirements."
"Lived in the main level. It was an illegally made apartment. Infested with mice and roaches. Massive flooding events throughout the year that damage furniture, clothing, toys etc... floor board lift and separate causing Injury. Under the floor board in the " living room " area is a hole under the floor board. Flooding with come in from both front and back doors of the unit. Horrible Horrible living conditions."
