The building has experienced recurring heat and hot water issues, with emergency complaints recorded in October 2024 and multiple instances in February 2021, affecting both individual apartments and the entire building. Most recently, there is an open door-related complaint from March 2025, while previous door-related issues from 2022-2023 required HPD intervention.
