While most of these complaints were eventually closed after HPD inspections or tenant confirmations of restored services, several complaints were closed due to HPD's inability to gain access to inspect the apartments.

This cluster of heating problems represents the building's most pressing recent issue, occurring during the typically cooler spring months. Despite these heating system challenges, the building has demonstrated compliance with several other health and safety requirements. The most recent rodent inspections from 2017 through 2025 have all passed, indicating effective pest management.

Additionally, the building's bedbug reporting record from 2020-2025 shows consistent documentation with zero reported infestations in any of the annual reporting periods. Notably, the building had four consecutive annual Bedbug Reports (2019-2022) indicating no infestation issues, though HPD violations for bedbug reporting requirements were issued in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. These violations have all been marked as closed, with the most recent Bedbug Report filed in May 2025 showing no infested units.
