The most pressing concern for the building has been a pattern of heating system issues in early 2025, with five emergency heat/hot water complaints received between January and February 2025, though HPD inspections typically found heat and hot water had been restored by the time of inspection.

Before these recent problems, the building underwent several inspections in late 2022 that addressed various maintenance issues including walls, floors, and mold concerns, though no violations were ultimately issued.
