The most recent bedbug report from January 2025 indicates zero infested units. The building has also successfully passed multiple rodent inspections, with the most recent inspections in 2024, 2023, and 2022 all receiving passing grades. These consistent rodent inspection results, combined with the absence of bedbug infestations, suggest effective pest management practices are currently in place. While there have been various maintenance challenges, particularly regarding the garbage disposal and boiler system, many of these issues appear to have been addressed promptly when violations were issued, and the most recent building inspection records show no outstanding violations related to these systems.
