The building has experienced several significant maintenance issues over the past few years, particularly between 2021-2022. There were multiple reports of cooking gas problems during 2021, with violations issued for inadequate gas supply to kitchen fixtures in apartments 6 and 9, and other gas-related complaints spanning multiple months.

Additional concerning issues included a heat/hot water problem affecting the entire building in May 2021, and an electrical power outage in November 2021. The most recent buildings inspections in 2022 revealed an encumbrance obstructing fire escape egress with patio furniture on a second-story balcony, though this was certified as corrected.
