Most notably, in October 2024, there were simultaneous complaints about cooking gas and heat/hot water issues affecting the entire building, though Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) inspections were unable to be completed due to lack of access to units. This marks the second emergency heat/hot water complaint since 2019.

The building has also faced multiple violations regarding energy efficiency requirements, with citations in 2024-2023 for failing to display energy efficiency scores and not filing benchmarking reports, though these were ultimately dismissed. The building's recent history shows significant construction-related activity and compliance challenges, particularly between 2021-2023. There were numerous Construction Safety Compliance (CSC) actions, with several Oath Violations served and at least one Stop Work Order fully rescinded in early 2023.
