In both instances, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) was unable to gain access to inspect the complaints.

More recently, in December 2024, violations were documented regarding entrance doors preventing self-closing, affecting both the building entrance and the first-story vestibule door, though these violations were certified as closed by December 13, 2024. The building has maintained a consistent record of passing rodent inspections, with the most recent inspection in January 2025 yielding a passing result, continuing a pattern of successful inspections dating back to 2010. Bedbug reports since 2018 have shown no infestations, with all annual filings indicating zero affected units.

A series of violations were documented in 2018, including issues with the fifth-story public hall ceiling requiring painting and fire-retardant material repairs, along with safety-related violations regarding window guards and required postings about building systems and staff.
