175 West 60th Street is a 48-story, 258-unit Class A residential building located in New York City's Upper West Side, completed in 2013 and currently owned by Carole Pittelman. The building has experienced several maintenance issues over the past few years, with a notable cluster of electrical and heating problems reported in December 2021, including both lighting issues and no lighting complaints, as well as a heat/hot water complaint affecting the entire building.
