227 Riverside Drive is a 7-story, 39-unit Old Law Tenement building located in Manhattan's Upper West Side, constructed in 1898 and currently owned by Sheila Hyman. The building has recently experienced recurring maintenance issues, particularly in 2024, with multiple complaints regarding both pest and plaster/paint problems in the same month, including documented mouse infestations and damaged ceiling and wall surfaces in Apartment 2N.
