The building has experienced recurring maintenance issues over the past two years, with multiple Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) complaints in 2023-2024 related to windows, doors, and pests. Notably, violations were issued in both February 2024 and May 2023 regarding window frames and doors, with emergency complaints recorded for flooring issues as well.

The most significant current concerns are focused in apartment 6G, where as of March 2024, there are multiple open violations including missing smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and issues with window functionality, along with door-related problems.
