The property, constructed in 1910, has remained relatively stable in terms of pest control, with consistent monitoring yielding no bedbug cases and the most recent rodent inspections showing varying results between compliance and initial inspections. Despite the concerning pattern of heating-related complaints, the building's age and classification as an Old Law Tenement building are consistent with its Upper East Side neighborhood and its historical timeline.
