2141 2nd Avenue is a 5-story, 10-unit Old Law Tenement building located in East Harlem, constructed in 1910 and currently owned by Su Fei Lin. The property has experienced recurring compliance issues, particularly regarding pest management, as evidenced by multiple open violations (2021-2024) related to the failure to file mandatory annual bedbug reports.

Most concerning is a recent heat and hot water emergency reported in January 2025 affecting the entire building, though HPD was unable to gain access for inspection. The building has a significant history of rodent activity, with numerous inspections in 2024 revealing rat presence and requiring multiple bait applications between March and October 2024, before passing a rodent inspection in March 2025.
