Most notably, throughout April 2025, there were multiple complaints regarding heat and hot water outages affecting the entire building, with three emergency complaints filed and inspections conducted by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) that were unable to gain access to the apartments for verification. The building's facade maintenance was addressed through Environmental Control Board (ECB) violations in 2023, with penalties for exterior disrepair conditions including cracked and spalling stone lintels and sills.
