The building has experienced recurring maintenance issues, particularly with appliances and infrastructure systems. Most notably, there have been multiple complaints regarding refrigerator problems (2020, 2021), all of which were either unable to be inspected or inspected with no violations found.

A significant cluster of issues emerged in September 2020, including problems with electrical systems (no lighting, outlet/switch issues), plumbing (basin/sink problems), floor conditions, and both electrical and gas range appliances. These complaints were mostly unresolved during initial inspections, with some categories remaining unverified due to access issues.
