The four-story, three-unit building at 125 West 128th Street in Harlem, owned by Emile Sudlow, has experienced two notable incidents in recent years that warrant attention. Most recently, in December 2023, there was a heat and hot water emergency complaint from one of the apartments, which the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) was unable to investigate due to lack of access to the affected unit(s).
