The three-story, three-unit tenement building at 146 West 132nd Street in Harlem, owned by Harriett Emanuel Boone, has experienced several significant issues over the past few years, with the most notable cluster of problems occurring in December 2022. During that month, there were multiple emergency complaints related to the building, including a heavy water leak, heating/hot water issues, and various maintenance problems such as ceiling paint/plaster damage, door issues, and radiator plumbing concerns.
