Most notably, in October 2021, multiple violations were recorded including fire damage in Apartment 3, window pane issues in Apartments 4 and 5, and concerns with the public hall's fire-retardant materials and paint. An emergency power outage occurred in June 2022, and between June and July 2019, multiple complaints were filed regarding unsanitary conditions including mold, safety issues involving carbon monoxide detectors, and problems with various building systems, though inspectors were unable to gain access to conduct evaluations.
