The building has experienced numerous regulatory interactions over the past several years, with particular emphasis on construction safety compliance (CSC) matters between 2021 and 2024. Most notably, there were two serious incidents in 2022 involving site conditions endangering workers, along with violations in 2022 for construction work beyond approved plans and construction safety violations that warranted Oath violations being served.
