The property has experienced persistent heating system issues in recent months, with seven separate heat/hot water complaints documented between January 2024 and April 2025, most recently in April 2025. While HPD has closed these complaints after verifying corrections, the recurring nature of these issues suggests ongoing concerns with the building's heating system.

The building also underwent a series of Tenant Safety Inspections in May 2025, all of which were found to have "No Violation Warranted For Complaint At Time Of Inspection".
