The building has experienced persistent issues with its heating and hot water systems, particularly evident through multiple emergency complaints in June 2025, with similar problems documented consistently throughout 2024. There were several violations issued in late 2024 related to heating systems, including problems with hot water supply in Apartments 46 and 56, and issues with the boiler room.
