The building has experienced persistent heating and hot water issues, as evidenced by multiple 311 complaints and HPD emergency complaints in 2025, with ten separate complaints recorded between April 6-22, 2025. These heating problems appear to have been a recurring issue, with similar complaints dating back several months prior.

The building has also faced significant maintenance challenges, including water damage and mold issues. In December 2024, a violation was issued for mold growth in apartment 4C, and multiple violations were documented in October 2024 affecting apartment 4B, including roof leaks, plaster damage, and various repair needs.
