The building has experienced recurring heat and hot water issues throughout 2024-2025, with multiple emergency complaints filed by tenants about inadequate building-wide services. The Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) has responded to several of these complaints, often unable to gain necessary access for verification.

More recent concerns include a mouse sighting reported in April 2025, followed by health department violations (April 2025) and rodent inspection failures (April 2025). The building's maintenance history shows some positive developments, including successful rodent inspections in March and June 2025, and an initial rodent inspection pass in August 2024.
