The 21-unit, 6-story residential building at 510 Brook Avenue in Mott Haven, owned by Yaniv Cohen, was completed in 2022 and has experienced several notable events over its short operational history. Most recently, in September 2024, there was a verified slow water leak issue, which was resolved by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) within a week.

Earlier in 2024, there was an emergency heat and hot water complaint affecting the entire building, though HPD was unable to gain access to inspect the conditions.
