The three-story, three-unit residential building at 414 East 143rd Street in Mott Haven, owned by Jose Reynoso and constructed in 2000, has faced significant ongoing challenges with rodent infestations. Most recently, in March and May 2025, inspections revealed active rat presence, continuing a pattern of infestations since late 2023.
