The building has experienced recurring heat and hot water issues, with three emergency complaints filed within just one month during late 2024 (December 6, December 22, and January 2). These problems appear to persist into 2025, with a new heat/hot water complaint in January 2025 that HPD could not investigate due to lack of access.
