These include multiple heat and hot water complaints (both for individual apartments and the entire building), door/window problems, and unsanitary conditions with documented pest infestations.

The building has also recently faced various maintenance code violations that remain open as of this report, including issues with mold, flooring, electrical systems, safety detectors, plumbing, and multiple pest-related problems, all reported between June and July 2025. Inspection records from late 2024/early 2025 indicate persistent issues in apartment 4B, including violations related to mold, pest infestations, defective safety equipment (smoke and carbon monoxide detectors), and problems with various fixtures and features. The building's recent history shows recurring rodent activity, despite various bait applications throughout 2022-2023.
