Most recently, in October 2023, there was a complaint about indoor air quality related to construction dust, which was documented and resulted in an advisement to the property owner.

More significant concerns were recorded in February 2021, when multiple complaints were filed, including issues with the building's ventilation system, various door and window problems (including a damaged window frame), plumbing concerns involving radiators and sinks, and reports of pests.
