Most notably, between April and June 2025, there were several building-wide heat and hot water outages, water leak issues, and electrical problems, along with an ongoing rodent infestation as of June 2025 that prompted Department of Health inspection violations. The building has also been subject to multiple Housing Maintenance Code violations in 2024-2025, including issues with heating systems, water supply, and various maintenance problems in multiple apartments, particularly in units 1E and 5E.

Significant structural and safety concerns have been documented, particularly regarding the building's exterior.
