The 2-family residential building at 664 Manida Street in Hunts Point, owned by Michael Washington, is a three-story structure built in 2006. The most significant recent issues were reported in July 2023, when multiple complaints were filed with the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) regarding various maintenance concerns.
