Other building systems have also shown vulnerabilities, with multiple violations documented in 2024 including defective self-closing doors in the compactor room (1st story) and compactor closet (3rd story), locked heating system access doors in the boiler room, and missing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in apartment 3K.
