2025 Morris Avenue is a three-story, three-unit residential building located in Mount Hope and owned by Juan Guerrero. Built in 1899, this New Law Tenement building has recently experienced several maintenance issues. In October 2023, multiple violations were documented following inspections, including problems with plumbing (bathtub/shower), electrical systems (outlet/switch), safety concerns (smoke detector), window issues (pane), and paint/plaster conditions.
