More recently, in March 2025, there was an incident involving a dislodged lintel stone from a 6th-floor window that caused injury to a passerby, leading to a DOB violation requiring immediate inspection of all other lintel stones.

The building has consistently passed rodent inspections for the past three years, with inspections in 2024 and 2025 showing compliance.
