The building has faced several significant maintenance challenges in recent years, particularly during 2024-2025. The most pressing issues emerged in November 2024, when multiple violations were documented, particularly in Apartment H, including problems with plumbing fixtures (bathtub/shower, toilet, basin/sink, radiator), interior surfaces (walls, ceilings, floors), and pest control (rodents and mold).
