The three-story, three-unit building at 658 Crotona Park South in Morrisania, owned by Camellia Brown, has experienced significant maintenance challenges in recent months, particularly during October 2024. Multiple complaints were filed simultaneously in October 2024, including issues with pests, plumbing (toilet and sink problems), intercom system malfunction, mold presence, water leaks, and a safety-related smoke detector concern.
