Most notably, in early 2025, there were multiple reports of heat and hot water outages affecting the entire building, with complaints filed in February that required HPD intervention to verify corrections. The building faced similar infrastructure challenges in late 2022 through 2024, including heating problems affecting both individual apartments and common areas, as well as door-related issues that required HPD inspections.

A significant power outage was also reported in December 2022. More recently, in early 2024, several apartments received Housing Maintenance Code violations related to maintenance issues, including problems with doors, ventilation systems, and plumbing fixtures.
