Most notably, in April 2022, multiple Housing Maintenance Code violations were recorded across different apartments, including a roach infestation (Apt 209), plumbing issues (Apts 1001, 1004, 814, and 603), and various maintenance problems affecting doors, ceilings, and floors in Apts 503, 1002, and 209.
