2468 Tiebout Avenue is a 7-story, 57-unit residential building that was completed in 2021 and is currently owned by Derrick Lovett. The building has experienced numerous maintenance issues in 2025, particularly relating to plumbing and heat/water systems, with multiple complaints about water supply problems (April 1 and April 6) and heat/hot water issues (February 3, February 9, March 30, April 4, and June 28).

Several of these complaints were marked as emergencies, and there were also issues with paint/plaster on walls noted in multiple service requests between January and April 2025. During this same period, there were some challenges with HPD inspections, as inspectors were unable to gain access to the building on multiple occasions in February and April 2025. The building's construction and initial occupancy period (2021-2022) generated several complaints and inspections, including concerns about building stability (August 2021) and sustainability compliance (May 2021).

A stop work order was temporarily issued in June 2021 but was fully rescinded in August 2021. The building's only violation on record was issued in May 2024 regarding failure to file a benchmarking report, though this violation was subsequently dismissed in June 2024. Notably, there have been no reported incidents of bedbug infestations in either of the last two reporting periods (2023-2024 and 2024-2025), with zero units identified as infested, eradicated, or re-infested.
