The two-story, three-unit building at 452 Cyrus Place in Belmont, owned by Antonia Martinez, has a significant history of maintenance issues, particularly during 2018-2019 when there were multiple reports of heat and hot water problems. Between December 2018 and May 2019, there were ten separate complaints about inadequate heating and hot water, including six reports specifically stating the entire building was affected, and four complaints regarding individual apartments.
