The building has experienced persistent water-related issues over the past several years, with multiple complaints documented between 2019 and 2024, including three heavy flow water leak incidents in 2023-2024, and two bathtub/shower plumbing complaints in mid-2023. The most recent water leak complaint from June 2024 did not result in any violations, while a July 2023 water leak complaint and a July 2023 bathtub/shower issue did generate violations.
