While these complaints were typically resolved quickly with heat and hot water restoration confirmed by tenants, the frequency of these issues suggests a persistent system problem.

The building underwent rodent control measures with several bait applications in 2025 and had one instance of rat activity noted in May 2025, though previous inspections from 2024 and 2023 had passed. The property has documented various maintenance issues requiring attention over the past few years. In January 2024, violations were issued for several safety concerns, including the presence of roaches in Apartment 4, defective self-closing doors in both the boiler room and Apartment 4, and missing carbon monoxide detectors and smoke alarms in Apartment 2.

Earlier violations from 2022 indicated problems with water leaks and paint conditions in Apartment 2, all of which have since been addressed and closed according to records.
