The two-family house at 788 Garden Street in Belmont, owned by Michelle Cosby, has experienced several notable issues over the past few years, with the most significant problems occurring in early 2022 when there were two emergency complaints regarding heat and hot water outages affecting the entire building. While one of these complaints was resolved within three days, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development was unable to gain access to inspect the other complaint, leaving the resolution status uncertain.
