The property has experienced ongoing heating and maintenance issues, particularly in the 2024-2025 period, with multiple complaints regarding heat and hot water service affecting the entire building.

Between October 2024 and December 2024 alone, there were six separate complaints about heat/hot water issues, several of which required multiple inspections and follow-up visits by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
