The three-story, two-family residential building at 2587B Bainbridge Avenue in Fordham, owned by Judy Minster and constructed in 2007, is currently experiencing significant maintenance challenges, particularly regarding heating systems and pest control. Between October and December 2024, there were eight documented complaints to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) regarding inadequate heat and hot water, with multiple instances involving the entire building as well as individual apartments.
