Between January and March 2025 alone, there were multiple complaints about heat and hot water, with some being building-wide issues and others specific to individual apartments.

While several of these complaints resulted in HPD violations, access issues during inspections complicated resolution efforts. More recent complaints in 2025 have included concerns about a door/window issue (with violations issued), plumbing problems, and a smoke detector concern, all of which HPD was unable to fully inspect.
