The 67-unit, 6-story building at 190 East 206th Street in Norwood, built in 1965 and currently owned by Jason Skrelja, has experienced significant infrastructure challenges in recent years, particularly concerning heating and water systems. Between February 2025 and June 2025, there were multiple emergency complaints regarding heat and hot water issues affecting the entire building, alongside several immediate plumbing concerns. In late 2024, the building faced multiple violations related to paint/plaster conditions, windows, and plumbing issues, with some inspections not being able to be completed by HPD.

A notable violation was issued in December 2024 for a broken radiator in apartment 6B, along with door closure issues in the same unit.
