The six-story, 12-unit building at 2692 Creston Avenue in Fordham, owned by Erez Levy, was completed in 2019 and has experienced several recurring maintenance issues in recent years. While the building experienced several violation issues during construction, the records indicate that most major concerns have been addressed, though recent recurring issues with the intercom system and water leakage remain notable points of concern.
